I really doubt that.

- amount of RAM+VRAM available for Gaming on PS4 is around 10 times the amount of RAM+VRAM available for Gaming on PS3 (less than 500 MB -> 5 GB)

- memory bandwith has also gone up 7 to 16 times (depending on the task)
