Well, PS4 is obliterating Switch in Europe, while Switch a bit better in NA. Switch is slighty above in the Global only thanks to Japan, and you know, Japan gave up on Home Consoles, they only play mobile games and portable, doesn't matter if you have or you don't have new games. We already know that, it's not a surprise. Furthermore, PS4 entered its 6 years in the life cycle, and though it's a miracle Home Console, it cannot pull out 18M per year forever. Sony are now focusing on Next Gen, on PS5, and after winning this Generation, they are getting ready for the Next big thing. PS4 is still very healthy and profitable, that's the only important thing Sony do care about.
