I see no purpose in this, all they have made under MS funding is probably lost, so they have to start from scratch. So unless they want to rub in MS face (doesn't seem likely since they are on amicable terms since crossplay on Minecraft and other ventures) there is no point in using the name, plus the concept is probably also owned by MS. So they have nothing but the name to use.
