Well there is NVidia Shield and the other chinese console that came near Switch reveal... but they don't get eve near relevance =p
Only way Sony would enter this competition is if they can make a streaming HH/dockeable, because they won't compromise power for portability as sole source of home console and also probably won't release another Portable since Vita is quite recent failure.
MS haven't enter anything mobile on gaming yet and surface didn't made good sales.
So nope, I don't really think Switch will get direct competition.
