Well, let's look what non-indies we have in those months, shall we? April 2: Darksiders: Warmastered Edition April 5: Super Dragonball Heroes: World Mission April 16: Final Fantasy X/X-2 remasters April 23: Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen; Mortal Kombat 11 April 30: Final Fantasy XII May 21: Team Sonic Racing; Atelier Lulua: The Scion of Arland (western release)
I'd say April is relatively fine without it (unless you don't like FF), and they wouldn't have wanted to miss out on Goldenweek by just a couple weeks or even days, so May would have been out of question, either. And I agree May is a bit empty right now, but since everybody wants to cash in on Goldenweek that's often the case anyway. Plus, Sword Art Online : Fatal Bullet and Super Neptunia RPG are set to release in spring, so they might fill up one of the gaps in the lineup. |
I guess I should have specified, I was talking about Nintendo published games. 3rd party support doesnt look too bad those months.
