Yeah, I'm not sure if I'm more surprised by the remake of Link's Awakening, or this.
The combat looks really stylish and fluid, as expected from the Nier: Automata team. And I like the art direction and setting. Now I'm really hoping it's an action-rpg so that we get to explore the world and get to know its inhabitants.
I don't have a big problem with the way the main characters look, but I would say it feels like their appearance doesn't do the rest of the game justice, from what I saw.

Agreed on the action-RPG comment. Part of what is selling me on the game were those urban free-roam sections we caught a glimpse of. I hope this isn't "run through the city to hit the next encounter" a la Transformers Devastation. I hope you can actually take your time, explore, shop, and take on quests from NPCs.
