Mario Maker is different kind of game, focus is on making and playing levels, so doesn't make sense to port Mario Maker and to release Mario Maker 2, and making so Mario Maker 2 is just too easy, just few new modes and features and you have sequel.

Fair enough on the Pikmin front. My personal feeling is that, given a fourth main game was discussed openly and supposedly nearly complete, Nintendo would concentrate on releasing that rather than porting the third game. But I accept the point you're making - it could be a candidate for 2019. I'd expect at least one Wii U port, but I'll stick with Wonderful 101 as my guess.

I get your point, what I am saying is that Pikmin 3 is great game and one best Wii U games (alongside SM3DW) that's still not ported, and people would gladly buy Pikmin 3 and Pikmin 4, also Pikmin 3 could be used like markeing too for later Pikmin 4.

Yeah, they could include Pikmin 3 to the special edition of Pikmin 4, like they bundled Bayonetta 1 + 2. Or offer a "Pikmin Trilogy HD" additional to Pikmin 4 (similar to the Uncharted Trilogy on PS4 a few months before Uncharted 4).

Thats not how its works, Bayonetta 1/2 are both Wii U games, so it made sense to port them both. Pikmin 4 is brand new game, there is no chance Nintendo will bundle Pikmin 3 with Pikmin 4 ,or they will include Pikmin 3 in Pikmin Trilogy HD when they can just port Pikmin 3 and sell it for $60. If you hoping for some kind of bundle, best you can hope is Zelda WW/TP HD bundle and Metroid Trilogy HD.
