Simultaneous release on the Switch and new Switch like Breath of the Wild? Or will they lock it to the next Switch to boost sales on the new system? I don't think they would do that. This is such a PR fiasco for them and denying the game to current Switch owners would be an even worse image. If it does end up being a launch title for the next system I can guarantee you'll also be playing it on your Switch day and date.
