Had been busy but the charts are up again... This time I did from W51 because I don't know where I left off and additional two comparison will be made between last year same week and previous week (will try to make them by percentage to have a better reading). Unexpected W52 saw all of us troubled but the behavior of the next weeks have been unprecendent with how much SW has been able to pull of. In this year the new baseline has been set high to 71139 (20k more from last year's) for the Switch and 16463 (1k less from last year's) for the PS4. Let's see how this baseline varies in the upcoming weeks.

Difference between previous week
  NSW PS4
W51 -2512 -5801
W52 -103931 -3363
W1 25212 44752
W2 -121926 -98881
W3 -6917 -1838

Difference between last year same week
  NSW PS4
W51 9017 -3363
W52 40251 28799
W1 53976 25499
W2 40556 -25507
W3 28112 -36044

Switch is keeping a great momentum thus far.

Last year, Monster Hunter World released on January 26th so pretty much the same as Kingdom Hearts III this year but the PS4 sales are not behaving in the same manner at all. The two weeks prior to the release of MHW, the PS4 saw a surge of sales and outsold the Switch but this year it's very flat. I do think there's going to be a boost to the sales next week but it's not going to be the 140k and 109k weeks we saw last year.
