I think frequent visits make one a regular, not years of "membership".  I consider myself a regular, as I come a few times per day.  But, I've only been a member for about 30 months or so (though I lurked for a couple years before that).  So, if I'm a regular, you certainly are too.  

That's true. I just assume though that there's a lot of people that are very active, but for a very short amount of time, and then they leave, or long on very rarely.
