Huh. I'm playing it for strength alone and trying to gain weight, and I can't gain a pound. I'm up to 34 push-ups now, when I started at 20, so I know I'm stronger, but I can't gain a pound for the life of me. I wonder if my increased muscle mass is burning more calories and increasing my metabolism so I lose weight as I gain it. Either way, I feel better and my posture is better than it's ever been.
