Yes and no. While I do agree it would have been nice to see more new stages in the game, I also think that the volume, variety, and quality of the 103 (300 if you go by layouts AND locales) should keep just about everyone happy. it's the same reason I excused the lack of level creator toolkit: I'd rather have 103 amazing stages that are all in some way unique to one another and updates with better graphics and details than half of that and a level creator that just results in spike floors and lava traps. I still do hope we get a level creator as free (or paid, I'm okay with that) DLC down the line, but as it stands I'm content.
