But it has been 5 years since Killzone: Shadowfall. It seems like they just ticked off the box for shooter titles on their platform to compete with Halo and Gears, and then never bothered to do it again (Until PSVR released), and they barely pulled it off since Killzone wasn't all that much of an impressive game. Same with racing games for them, they should have their very own open world AAA racer by this point, Microsoft already has 4 of them. Whether they do it or not won't affect me (I won't ever buy a PS4 for the life of me), but they should be providing the western player base with some classic FPS fun every once and a while. |
Sony seems to be doing fine without shooters. Why bother, when third parties know how to make them and are providing more than enough?
