Nothing new, funny how you felt the need to drag sales outside of Japan into the discussion though.

Nintendo haven't dominated USA since SNES. PS1, PS2, X360 and PS4 (with X1 really close) have won USA.

Wii sold most in US last gen, around 50m in US alone. Switch could easily sell more than PS4 and espacily more than XB1 in US.
