With this, Ultimate is 10 thousand off from the best selling Smash Bros. in Japan ever in just it's first month, as Brawl sold (according to VG Chartz) 2.67 million. Super Mario Party is only the 8th best Selling Mario Party Title in Japan, but should be top 3-5 by the time the sales rush for the game dies out.
Nintendo Switch is Closing in on the PS4, as of December 2nd (the one listed on VG Chartz), it is about 1.4 million behind, but 4 weeks later, looking at the charts week by week, The Switch has cut the lead the PS4 had in half, to about 700 thousand. I predict that the Switch will Outsell the PS4 in Japan by the June 2019 Fiscal Report.
