We don't know what Nvidia is working on, they certainly are making mobile chips, but they are basically only for Nintendo and smart car implementation. And since Nintendo is secretive, they're not going to be telling anyone about whatever they're doing for Nintendo. But they stated very clearly they see the partnership with Nintendo lasting 10+ years. 

Nvidia talks a lot.
