The Dock is what charges the system. "2nd Switch Set" doesn't come with the dock or the AC cable, because it is assumed the Buyer has both of these things from "their 1st Switch Set". In the US, they do sell standalone docks for separate TV's. I bought 1 to keep at my parent's home whom I visit frequently, and for travel. It's much more convenient than lugging any of my other consoles around. But, that doesn't change what the "2nd Switch Set" is. |
You can use a regular usb cable and power outlet. You don't need the dock to charge. Also haven't seem the dock standalone yet, thanks to saying it is already being sold.

Could you point me to the "hate" for the hybrid system that you are talking about in this thread? Again because I am seeing some good debating but no hate.
Down 10% and offered a "ridiculous" BF sale just to tie Nin even though they didn't tie with Nin for Nov they sold more.... and even though they had the same sale last year. That is a NORMAL BF sale for most consoles in their 5th year lol. Like are you being serious or joking with this post? Nin Sold AMAZING being well up YoY for Nov and will be doing the same for Dec being well up YoY. The Switch is on FIRE!!! And Sony will be pretty much flat/slightly down from its peak year which is pretty freaking good if you ask me! And MS well they have not had the best gen period so they are just normal lol.
Thank goodness I wasn't the only one who felt this way....like geesh. |
The only hate I have seem was from people saying whoever isn't seeing Switch as them is a hateful or malicious person.

I don't get why you're downplaying ducks so much, you're seriously underestimating their flying abilities. Ducks fly pretty fast, at about 80 km/h. They also have great stamina, and take way longer flights (thousands of kilometers, in only a few days time) than birds like the eagle. And eagles don't actually fly particullarly fast, they average around 50 km/h - which is a fair bit slower than ducks. They only reach top speeds of 250 km/h when taking a nosedive.

Seems like you put him in a check-mate.
