Mine finally came, I like it
As machina says great box, and it all looks really nice, though the console does feel a little cheaper than the PS3. Very simple and nice set up. The blades are different from XMB, and while I find the XMB more easy to use, the blades do look nicer.
My only impression in games is Ace Combat 6, which I do think is awesome, though I am struggling to read much of the text because it is on an SDTV. I have GeoW, LO and ME still to play, so I should get to playing those quite soon.
As for the controller, it does feel slightly odd coming from a PS3, but it is good. The market place is excellent, it is very simple and fast
