So, if this news is correct and PS4 is up YOY in UK, I expect EU to be flat or YOY up too. So...., i will ask again, if PS4 is flat in US, JP and EU...., how PS4 is going to sell 2-3M less than in 2017??. Where in the world is selling way less than last year then?

As a reminder, PS4 sold 20'2M sold to consumers in 2017 according to Sony.

I wouldn't use UK numbers to extrapolate mainland Europe, because the UK differs in its acceptance of Xbox. If we were looking at a scenario where the UK began to shift more in favor of the PS4 in 2018 (i.e. people who originally bought an XB1 are picking up a PS4 only now), we simply wouldn't have the same circumstances in mainland Europe, because there the PS4 has always been the prefered choice since its launch.

The PS4 is slightly down in Japan and the USA, by about 10%. That's about what it takes to be down year over year by 2-3m, because 10% of 20m is 2m.

Yeah, UK is not 1:1 to the rest of EU, but knowing how well PS4 has done in other european markets in the holiday season, that's why i said that.

And for the second point...in Japan is only 5% less than last year pace, not 10% and still remains a week for all 2018, and with US numbers, we still don't know them yet. So no, i'm not taking for granted the 2-3m less sales from the pace of those markets, even more if in Europe, the most important market for PS4 in the world, could still be flat or even up YOY.
