Nier and Final Fantasy IX are my favorites.

Below, I also really like the Ys/Legend of Heroes OSTs, various Final Fantasy games, Nier: Automata, Persona 3/4/5, Earthbound, Sonic Adventure 2, Valkyria Chronicles, etc.
