It doesn't matter even in 2018, 'cause Switch belongs to a different generation.  I just said that Switch cannot beat PS4 in 2018, it's a fact...but it doesn't matter anyway.  PS4 won this generation, and I hope MS will be more competitive with "Slarlet" family, and I truly believe they will !  Next Nintendo Console? It will belong to another generation, like Switch, and it will make a race on its own.
