From a publishers perspective? Oculus of course. But Sony seems to have much better PR when it comes to reviews for their VR games:
Meanwhile HTC / Valve (HTC Vive + Vive Pro) and Microsoft (WMR headsets) don't seem very interested to add good games for their VR hardware (or VR hardware in general). The Lab is still awesome, but I would have expected much more from Valve.
