Search Google yourself. I pulled the top 2 results. Switzerland does well and France makes an appearance here and there but most are US, UK.

I know of 6 persons from Luxembourg where I was born who studied in the UK but none of them even in their wildest dreams intended to stay in the UK, even though 4 of them were either British or half British. Don't expect those who come to study at a prestigious British University to actually want to stay there, they just want their diploma with the fancy school name on it to better their chances on the employment market.
