Also, decided to spruce up the OP a bit. Changed some banners, got rid of the 3DS content for the new year like I had brought up earlier. I took down the old tournament rules as they were pretty out of date. I may just start linking to other people's tournament threads if we aren't going to hold any within this thread. If someone is hosting one, let me know so I can add the thread to the OP!
