We don't know when it will be released, Atlus can total delay the game a bit to make the release of both ver are the same. If P5 come to Switch, the higher chance SMTV will come to ps4, the higher chance Switch ver will be the same as ps4 ver

That's just unrealistic, let's be honest. That isn't happening. We aren't even sure if a PS4 version is happening.
