I think I was predicting 1.7M-1.8M in a previous thread, so I think it will definitely be on the lower end. And last year PS4 did 1.79M, so 1.7M would only be ~5% down YOY.
Edit: And just for reference, the Switch did 3.31M last year. Looks like it will be the reverse and be up by ~5%.
