It had both discs.

I bought my copies before Nintendo announced separation of the two games.

I chose not to buy it from Gamestop cause the employee at GS tried to get me to buy a opened box saying it was new and just used as a "Display item" for people to look at in a glass case.

Not the first time GS tried to scam me to buying a open/used product as a new lol.

Unfortunately I got suckered into buying a display item one.  Sadly i was new to the store at the time.  And few times I'd pick up my collectors editions and they try to give me the damaged box ones while leaving the better condition ones left for later.  They can be horrible so I rarely go to them ever.
