Hopefully. I guess what people worry about is that it may have been slated for Switch but then cancelled.

They're definitely testing the waters for a new Crash game, and in today's gaming market, they won't have much (if any) competition. 

Surely the N.Sane Trilogy was a successful test; even going by VGChartz numbers, which don't include digital sales, and ignoring the fact that the Switch and Xbox versions have only been out a few months, it's sold well over 5 million.
