Not as much as I used to.

Initially around late 2010 I noticed my physical fitness and weight taking a noticeable decline, and sort of got a rude wakeup call that being in my mid 20s at the time I could no longer eat anything and everything I wanted. So I went on a pretty intense regimen for the better part of 5 years, and bascially incinerated 30+ pounds in 6 months. I basically did 5 days a week, 1.5 hours each session, mixing cardio and strength.

I managed to keep off most of the weight for the 5 years. Kinda stopped working out when taking a job stocking overnight at Mariano's for 2 years, as that basically WAS my new workout. But when I quit that in early '17 I pretty much fell back off the rails, as my job was the only thing keeping my weight off, and ended up gaining back most of the 30 lbs I lost.

Pretty disheartening but I got no one but myself to blame. Back to like 195 now (5'11), and I'd like to take another 25-30 lbs off, but it's gonna be tough with my weaker metabolism as I'm now well into my 30s. I've been doing maybe 2 days a week on an exercise bike + strength (dumbbells, abs, and leg exercises) but I'm aiming to get that back up to 4 days per week.
