Even if its 115% just for that period that actually busiest period of November, it should be bigger difference with sales numbers. Something is definitely fishy when we comparing that increase and sold numbers. Also to be fair, Nintendo said more than 8.2m.
Also this: 2008 Wii numbers
"For the Thanksgiving week, Wii sold an astonishing 800,000 units more than double what is sold in 2007. "
And Nintendo reported that Switch sold more than that in that week.
