Guys, Japan is the country of "power harassment", where the boss can think himself as a demigod and harass his employees has he wants. It's "normal" here to be insulted by one's boss... And I'm not even talking about sexual harassment or "pregnancy harassment" (I discovered this one lately, it's incredible).
I don't think they will do anything, and if they do it would be very hypocritical. They could very well laugh and say "Russians still have a long way to go before rivaling with us!" ....
