After reading your comment I went to check Metacritic.
There is only a few more than 700 games there, ~300 are good (.>75), ~370 average (50<.<75), and ~40 are bad(.<50)
Edit: I compared also the PS4 games there. ~675 good, ~1000 average, ~115 bad.
