Honestly, as much as there are people here saying they look creepy, I freaking loved those Pokemon designs! I love how they made them realistic and still faithful on how they look in the game. I've seen many "realistic pokemon" fanarts and most of them they just take a real world animal and try to slap a pokemon skin on it, I like how they avoided doing that here.
I am officially on board with this movie now. At first I thought they were going the Smurfs/Hop/Yogi Bear route, but it looks like they are making some serious effort on making a decent live action pokemon movie.
