I am actually using it as an excuse to lose weight. It works. I use it for 45 minutes every morning and I made a significant adjustment to my diet (nothing but fresh food, no junk, nothing but water, only steamed chicken breast for meat and no dairy products). In the 2 weeks I have been doing this, I have lost 5kg. I planned to do it to lose 15kg over a 6 month period. I'm off to a good start.
It has acted as a very good incentive. Plus, others in the house use it as well. Worth the money I paid for it.
