At the very least the "entitlements" are not going to be massively cut to offset the loss in tax revenue, so I'd count that as a win. Dems having all the House committees is a good overall change as well. This result is the typical 'lame duck' presidency where the electorate went against the President to put a halt to their agenda. What the Republican Party can do now without the House will be interesting to see. Also gaining a handful of governor seats and state legislatures will be important for the Democrats with the upcoming census/redistricting.
