Not much will happen. They'll just repeal whatever Trump does which won't benefit them and will try to rebuild Obamacare with the Senate obstructing them. An indictment will be possible, with the Senate, again, obstructing them even with mountains of credible evidence on their faces. Maybe some bipartisan deals here and there, but that's just about it.
