Didn't get to see the direct but the spirits/story mode or whatever is a good thing. Main reason I didn't like SSB4 was lack of content like that. I'm not a big fighting game fan so couldn't care less for the more technical side of gameplay. I just want the good old event mode and story mode. Loved melee and brawl, didn't see the point in ssb4. Will be picking this one up though.
