He can. But the trick with R.O.B is if you knock someone away, shoot a projectile, THEN chase. Also, his best approach is F-tilt so you'll have to get used to not dashing. When knocked upwards with R.O.B, your first priority is to get back below your opponent. R.O.B. is VERY easy to juggle since his D-air spikes and getting hit by it above the stage is no real threat. D-Smash is a very good "Get the hell off me" move. His up-smash can kill easily BUT it won't hit anyone on the ground unless they stand tall and bolt upright. You can try all you'd like but the only way it will hit someone like Kirby is if your overlapping them. Doubt the opponent will let you get that close =p
Best way I can put R.O.B.d style is he's meant to be dangerous no matter how close or far he is from the opponent.
Cox, saving them on your SD card does no good. The game doesn't take video, instead it takes coordinates and actions to recreate the fight when the replay is chosen. If you want them up you'll have to tape them yourself.
