I'd say R.O.B. has the best. It outranges Metas and easily turns into a Wall of Pain. Shame I couldn't get used to using his up-b for aerial movement. I kind of liked R.O.B. ._. Of any character, R.O.B. and his f-air is the best way to 'carry' someone all the way off the stage to the blast line =/ Takes a lot of practice to get it right though. I've only done it a few times =/
