One very interesting thing about Switch third party support is that it's actually growing while at the same time Wii U didn't get anything besides some indies and Just Dance anymore.
Yes, some games like Dark Souls Remastered or Diablo 3 are old. But they're coming quite some time after Switch released. Doom Eternal got anounced for Switch and will be coming next year. And there is an actual possibility of third party exclusives, as long as Switch keeps on doing well.

If you look at Wii U, after the end of 2013 it just got some franchise-license games like Disneys Planes, LEGO and stuff like that and of course indie games. THough there where even more indie games that got cancelled.

Now with Switch, there are games actually being anounced, ports coming and actually tons of indie games, some of them quite ambitious. Games like Spintires Mudrunner might not be triple A but those games will give Switch a diversity that Wii U never had and though we'll never see something like Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch other games will be released on it, like Doom Eternal.
