as Astro Bot was made by an internal Sony studio (Moss is by an indy-studio) the only chance I can see this happening is through streaming (like you can play PS3/4 games on PC through PSNow), but to achieve the necessary extremely low latency/extremely stable connection to make VR game streaming viable the tech has to improve a ton
