It's just a pre-download code ... nobody is playing it earlier than the rest. Otherwise, this bundle would have been long gone xD

Although technically no game comes with the bundle when released since you can only download Smash a month later, it still comes with the bundle. Would be funny if Smash appears on October NPD game bestseller list despite the game releasing only in December...
