Nah, if your rich you don't have to come to the US to get top notch health care you can hire your own top notch private doctors to take care of you.  As a whole the US health care system isn't even that good.  Its great if you live in a rich neighborhood where everyone has health insurance or is rich enough that they can afford any kind of procedure without going bankrupt but it can be very sup par if you live in a poor area, rural area or a poor state like Mississippi or Alabama.  The US health care system never even came close to making it into top ten overall.  Its not very innovative either the last great US health care innovation was probably the polio vaccine and that was publicly funded.  Private health care pretty much came up with jack shit since it primary function is to be profitable and not to innovate.
