I could see fb disappearing just like Bebo but only when something else similar comes along. Twitter is far to different to compete with Facebook so I wouldn't count that.
As for Microsoft, not gonna happen. Microsoft pretty much have a monopoly on the home computer market and combine that with xbox well it's clear to see they won't dissappear.
