Only 1.33% of steam users play in 4k

Anyways 4k is overated, as DLSS by nvidia proves (its a 1440p image thats upscaled with A.I to look like 4k, and it can beat txaa on 4k in certain games)
As much as some people here dislike Checkerboarding technique, I think Sony was forwards thinking.

Look how many have since copied the concept.
Nvidia proves though theres smarter ways to do these techniques, but maybe native 4k isnt as important as people think it is.

Yeah Sony were genius to get out a 400€ machine capable of checkerboard 4k. Very affordable and the top games like God of war look breath taking on a 4k TV. 

 

So will ps5 likely have 1440p and 60fps as its standard?
