Perfectly said, and that was my original point. The Demos are convinced that in a possible, future ruling, that Kavanaugh will be the deciding vote to outlaw abortion in the United States.
Hence, these shenanigans started with Diane Feinstein and have only continued with other pro-choice Demos, whether they hold office or are just ordinary citizens. They are passionately AGAINST Kavanaugh and are willing to try anything, no matter how desperate or unethical, to stop his nomination.
