Best selling game? Quite possibly (Fifa, RDR2 and Smash are probably the only other contenders to the title). Sell a ton of systems? It's the 6th one for the systems, so I really doubt CoD can still push much hardware by now.

CoD has been the best selling game 8/10 times in the past decade.

It will sell hardware for sure. If you look at VGC and see the CoD launch the sales for PS4 and Xbox are really high and this is the second Black Ops so it will be huge.
