2017 was a great year (maybe the best in Nintendo history). I don't know if Nintendo can beat him that quickly.

Zelda BotW and Odyssey make difference, but 2019. will most likely have more better games than 2017. had, espacily if we talk about new games.

In 2017 we have also Arms, Splatoon 2, Mario + Rabbits, Fire Emblem Warriors and Xenoblade 2. Nintendo has set the bar high ;)

What would you change in this list?

I think Fire Emblem, Daemon, and Animal crossing will all be earlier then you expect them to be. They did say spring for Fire emblem, so I am expecting March/ April. Also, only having one more brand new game to be unannounced for next year also seems weird. But I hope they do pump out 3 more smash characters next year, that would be amazing

Imo Fire Emblem will be big game for May/June. And You are right - we probably will see more unannounced first party titles than was on my list.

January: New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
February: Metroid Prime Trilogy HD
March: Yoshi's Crafted World
April: Daemon X Machina
May: Fire Emblem: Three Houses
June: Animal Crossing
July: Mario Golf / Town
August: Star Fox Racing
September: Metroid Prime 4
October: Luigi's Mansion 3
November: Pokemon Gen 8
December: 2D Zelda

I also expect that last Wii U ports coming over in 2019 to be XCX/W101. Months will probably end up being wrong on most games, but I suspect this is what the year will look like.

Nice list! I hope 2019 will be like this :) Especialy Metroid Prime Trilogy HD and Zelda 2D will be great. But for me is too many good games for one year. I don't think we can count on such generosity from Nintendo.
