You also have to deal with the fact that PS4, Xbox One and Switch are infested with DRM. Sony's PS Store + PS Now, Xbox Marketplace + GamePass and Nintendo eShop + Virtual Console are all DRM. Any console game without a retail release is 100% DRM while you can buy many PC games digitally without DRM, f.e. at GOG.com or the Humble Store.
PS4 OS, Xbox OS and Switch OS are all spyware which collect data of your gaming behavior. They are also nagware: "You can't open the eShop/PSStore... now. You first have to upgrade the firmware".

Depends on the games you want to play in 4K. Forza Horizon 4 runs great in 4K on a $1000 PC, much better than on an Xbox One X.
