uhhh....like others, I don't really see the issue here.
Though something that is an issue, that I don't see many people talking about, is locking Mew to that obscenely overpriced 35 dollar pokeball thing. Now that's something that Nintendo needs to called out on.
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
